Place is still a rip off, same experience as other review. Incredibly rude, horrible attitude and the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. They have no clue what customer service is and the service is a reflection of ownership. To many other places to go to waste money at this place.
BEST AUTHENTIC ITALIAN As a customer at their restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas, before moving locations, I can tell you that this is one of the best restaurants for authentic Italian cuisine, including the best pizza crust. Run entirely by the owners themselves, Faye and Joseph, restaurant has a family feel, and an intimate atmosphere as well, perfect if you are on a date, or a first date with someone you really want to impress. In addition, they have the best meatballs in town!!!
Best Italian food around! WE ALWAYS EAT HERE – This place has excellent food at great prices. Everything is home made, including the deserts. Great chicken and veal dishes. The pizza is top notch. It is also BYOB which allows us to take a nice bottle of wine and not have to pay restaurant prices. We have never had a bad meal or bad experience. This is a family owned restaurant run by very nice people. I highly recommend Palermo's!
NEVER EAT HERE!!! – Food was ok, but once the bill came that is when I decided NEVER to go here again. And the way they handled it was unprofessionally! We ordered a small pizza ($7.99) with shrimp on it. Shrimp was not on the menu but we didn't think about it and the waited didn't say a darn thing. But wait, on the bill it was $19.99!!! NOTHING on the menu was $19.99! When I asked the waiter he said, I should have known the price. I've never been there before. When I pushed him further, he walked away.
