I moved my mom into this retirement home and she is thriving here! She tells me daily how much she loves her new home. She is kept busy with activities from morning until the evening. They were able to accommodate her vegetarian needs which was huge for her. The staff and residents are so wonderful, warm and friendly and she has made so many amazing friends and memories already!! My mother had an excellent respite stay at Palermo. She enjoyed her two weeks there, and we would easily recommend Palermo to friends and family. The suite was spacious, the dining room was lively, the menu was varied and delicious, and the common areas were immaculate and elegant. Most of all, we appreciated the staff. Palermo has been amazing for my mom, she moved in about 6months ago, she is always saying how she enjoys it. We toured other retirement facilities, but fell in love with Palermo and its staff. Prit (manager) was Very accommodating and understanding my mom‘s needs And was able Help us get my mom into a suite before she sold her house.
