My mom has been a long time resident at Palermo Village. She has a beautiful suite with a great view that she has been able to decorate and make her home. The on-site leadership and the whole team are very engaged in looking after the home and the needs of the residents. The condition of the home is very clean and almost looks like new. Residents have input and direct line to Management through a Resident Council. There is a good selection of food choices to meet resident preferences. I moved my mom into this retirement home and she is thriving here! She tells me daily how much she loves her new home. She is kept busy with activities from morning until the evening. They were able to accommodate her vegetarian needs which was huge for her. The staff and residents are so wonderful, warm and friendly and she has made so many amazing friends and memories already!!
