Palermo has been amazing for my mom, she moved in about 6months ago, she is always saying how she enjoys it. We toured other retirement facilities, but fell in love with Palermo and its staff. Prit (manager) was Very accommodating and understanding my mom‘s needs And was able Help us get my mom into a suite before she sold her house. I could not be more pleased with the service provided to my Mother by all staff and Palermo Village. The attention to detail and communication is matched by the quality of experiences and amenities provided to residents. It is very evident that Verve understands very well the senior population and has made it a habit to exceed expectations in a relational manner. I would highly recommend Palermo Village and all of Verve properties to prospective residents and to their families.
The staff at Palermo Village went above and beyond caring for our mother. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this wonderful home to anyone. All the staff, especially Sree and Lorraine, made our mother's final days at Palermo a loving experience for which we will always be grateful. I came at this retirement home for my internship and had a great experience with the staff especially the General Manager Sandra Rozario and Kristoffer Ong See the wellness manager. The whole staff was very helpful, skilled and professional.
