The customer service is terrible, especially one very rude and indifferent lady.
Very friendly staff, and great products.
I went to Palermo to replace my bottle of Cologne. I walked in with nothing but a single scent note (wood) and a general location on the wall as to what the scent was and the incredible team was able to pin point EXACTLY what the scent was based on such limited info! Well done to the team working at around 5pm on Thursday 8.1.26 - You guys are great.
