Zora - the manager was absolutely awesome. Great asset to your company. She was patient, understanding and nailed the assignment each time. She knew exactly what to recommended when advising of what perfumes I usually use. Honestly, a breath of fresh air from a retail employee in the LONGEST time. Lovely. I don’t know what your employees rewards are but she definitely deserves some sort of commendation. Cheers, Eve.

One of the best Palermo stores I’ve been to in Sydney. Staff were knowledgeable and influenced me to purchase 3 perfumes. No regrets so far. The two ladies, Rita B and the one who had a good singing voice, both showed me through heaps of options and we managed to select the final 3. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back to this store and will get the new 100ml bottles. :)

Very rude staff after getting tester on strip I told her will check because want to wait and check base notes staff started chit Chat in each other ear when I turned back they looking at me. You should teach your staff respect.

Staffs are very professional and definitely knows what they’re doing. Definitely recommend if you want to smell good in fraction of a price.
