Amazing experience at the Palermo Chadstone store. The scents are genuinely incredible, and there’s something for everyone. The prices are super affordable, especially for how luxurious the fragrances feel. The team were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right scent. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I keep going back, I’ve been in multiple times. Highly recommend checking them out!
This place has a huge variety of inspired colognes/perfumes. I got an inspiration one my fav discontinued cologne sun song LV. Attentive and friendly staff helped us with whatever we wanted to smell and my questions.
Hri was one of the best saleswoman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the fragrances is unmatched. Palermo always has the kindest and most knowledgeable staff and she was the one of the best, cannot thank her enough. Almost bought the whole store! Would highly recommend.
Pretty disappointed as I went to the store today to purchase a birthday gift only to see a sign saying they’ve closed the store 20 mins early. I saw them inside and I asked if they could put my purchase through as I knew what I wanted and they told me no.
