Visited this place for the first time. Excellent service from Adam. He patiently helped me to decide the best perfume. I will come again soon.
Usually my experience in Palermo is wonderful and the workers are so nice and helpful and I have bought many perfumes for myself and my friends in the last few months. However my experience today on Thursday the 22nd of January at 2pm was disappointing. I walk up to the worker in the store, with no other customers, she does not greet me, nor does she smile. I visited Palermo Perfumes on the 18th and 19th of January and had an amazing experience both times. I bought a cologne inspired by Le Beau by Jean Paul Gaultier and it smells incredible. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and very patient while I took my time choosing my favourite scent. They also helped me figure out what I liked by letting me try different options and giving great recommendations. I never felt rushed at all. Idk the name, but the guy working the shift on Wednesday afternoon around 3 -4 pm, who was literally handling the floor all by himself was so good. I asked him for so many cariants, he made me test them all and also recommended a couple… which was what I eventually bought. So yeah just a big shoutout to him and thanks!
Big shoutout to Gladys. Hadn’t ever been in a store but knew of the perfumes. She told me to look at the booklet and write down all the ones I liked. Then she went off and sprayed them all for me on cards. Walked away with 2, great customer service and a really nice person to deal with.
