I signed a contract with Mark Palermo May 2021, I was told my patio would be poured end of June early July, OK fine. That time came and went, kept getting pushed back cuz of rain, I understand, but when Mid September comes I still have no patio poured and he failed to show up the weekend before to "go over the job" I text him and stated our contract was null and void! No money exchanged hands so that's good, but how disappointing! We really thought this was a reputable company! Communication was severley lacking!
