We built a guest house with Palerider. The project came out just as we had planned it with the architect and Sully (Benjamin). Sully itemizes the build, so you can track it and he came in right at budget, even with a series of changes. The tradesman that Sully uses are experienced and very good at their assignments. The quality of the build is 5 star. The communications and pricing are straight forward and easy to navigate. Delays can happen with tradesmen schedules and especially Yavapai County.
