It has been a while since my experience but I must come back and let others know about how the Paleo team helped me. Long story short I ended up in a situation where the dealership was claiming damage done by their shop. As anybody knows what it is like to be in this situation it is horrible with no ability to know or how to truly resolve the issue when everybody wants to blame the other.
