Called in to ask how much the labour would be for a wheel hub assembly replacement, the person on the phone didn't understand what I meant after explaining several times that it attaches the wheel to the car and thought I was talking about hub caps. Shocking lack of knowledge was a huge red flag.
I had an outstanding experience at this mechanic shop! Palden, Kelsang, and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, honest, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was running perfectly. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’m grateful for their expertise and the excellent service I received. Highly recommended!
