I wish I never dealt with Pappa Joe. I’ve lost more money than he ever got me in any refund. He claimed to offer audit protection that I have yet to see. He now avoids my messages leaving me w thousands in IRS debt. Watch yourself and keep away from this fraud of a company.
Joe is a nice person but my sister warned me to not continue to go to him bc he is not honest when it comes to the way he charges people. He was overcharging my sister bf and not telling him the numbers he was putting in the system. Joe was just having him sign papers hoping he wouldn't notice. In my situation I asked him multiple times what is the amount he's charging me, and he never gave me a direct answer. The owner Joe and his staff do shady business here. Do NOT have them prepare your taxes unless you want to get audited. The owner is a crook.
Used to go here all the time. It's quite a drive for me but they have always been good to me. I will not be going back after what I experienced however, I madean appointment that was apparently not recorded and no one was there to help me when I came for my SCHEDULED appointment. That's over 2 hours of my life wasted, plus the gas it cost to get there. So unprofessional and careless.
