This business is not reputable. I was told that they needed a credit card to be able to confirm that an issue with our KOHLER generator was indeed a warranty item which was diagnosed by our certified electrician. The technician arrived, met with our electrician and found that the transfer switch was junk from KOHLER and that it did need to be replaced.
