I wish I could give a 1/2 star or less. I went to the Preserves location back in April with a targeted move in date of October 1st. I gave them a list of 3 floor plans I liked and put down the hold so I would be on the list. They ensured me that it would be no problem and if anything came up earlier they would let me know.
