In reading some of the other reviews it does seem a few are reviewing the wrong building. This building sits upon a hill (an added ambiance) and while built in 1964 is so well maintained I'm considering buying a unit (currently am renting). My unit is completely and happily pest free (and this is a BIG consideration all across Arlington/Alexandria). I have lived here for 3 years and it has been very difficult. They have mice, no back door exit and the balconies are dangerously old.
Excellent friendly management and staff, ample size units, plenty of parking, clean and we'll maintained modernized old building.
