Lay is an amazing artist and person. She really takes the time to know you. She aims to please and does an excellent job on my hair. She’s a God send. Highly recommend her services.

Palayah has gifted hand. She applies her knowledge of hair with great customer service to educate her clients. She takes the time to make sure you understand the care needed to grow your locs and care for your locs during and after the style. While in her chair, you receive her undivided attention. I love that she listens to my concerns or requests, laughs with me, and makes me feel at home.
Palayah doesn't just do hair, but she also educates her clients on best practices for hair maintenance between appointments, what her methodology is, and great products to promote healthy haircare. She is professional, communicative, and gives her clients a good experience during their service.
