I'm a carwash member here and have been for approx 1 yr. I've always had great customer service and washes. Today I was there approx 12:15 pm and the black gentlemen was relieved by a white gentelman(sorry didn't get name so only way to describe who this was). Anyway I had forgotten and left a printer in the bed of my truck and forgot all about it. My wife and bought a full service for 1 car 1 truck I was really impressed with the job they did on her car. I went there yesterday ( Saturday) with my truck wash was great. A young lady with blonde and red hair told me to go to the free vacuums she had no idea what we paid or if we had a plan or not didn't even ask didn't give me a chance to explain.
