I cried all the way home!!! Mike, Greg and Matt went way, way, WAY beyond every expectation I could have ever had! I hadn't had a car of my own in years. My sister gave me the opportunity to put an old 2007 Honda Accord on the road that had been sitting in my yard for 7 or 8 years. I was happy to have the old headliner scraped out and the seats vacuumed after that. Matt scraped the headliner out and then Greg proceeded to put a "brand new" car underneath it! Haylee and Stephanie helped me feel very comfortable and at home while waiting for vehicle. Thank you ladies for being so awesome and giving great quality service. Also, thank you to the teammates who detailed my vehicle interior. It was very messy and they made it look beautiful again. Thanks to Marissa and Kierstin!
My car always looks super clean after going through the wash and the hand drying makes it look excellent.
Terrible experience…first time there and they took over an hour…they don’t explain that on their website and the interior looks like it was done it 10 minutes. what did y’all do with my car for an hour? Dust still atop the dashboard, the rugs were vacuumed, but then again I saw the same guy vacuum the same rug for 15 minutes. The cup holders still have dirt in them. Windows look half done. For $55…I would expect a better experience, not a long wait and the job look complete. Canceling my membership and not coming back.
