Today my appointment was at 1:45pm, and it's now 2:47 and I still haven't seen the doctor, I've been waiting in the room for at least 35 minutes! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful!
I will never understand how these offices have such low reviews. I have been being seen here for over 7 years and can't recommend this place enough! Dr Szela, Dr. Chui, Dr. Shah, Dr Kahn, Dr Liu - all beyond incredible, caring, and kind. The phlebotomists, also so kind!
As a husband, I can't say enough good things about this prctice. My wife has had some difficult health issues that Dr Szela was able to diagnose and create a treatment plan for, as well as a great advice and monitoring in the condition. His bed side manner has been nothing short of excellent. He takes his time to explain things, and always ensure my wife and I both understand what is going on, what the plan is, and what the outlook is. Im really very happy with the service this clinic provides. There is always someone that you can get in contact even if you dont have appointment they make sure if its something urgent that you need it gets done and they make it happen. I have met all the providers in group and all are very nice respectful and kind. Even their front desk staff and other medical staff is wonderful. I would really recommend this place for your Ob/Gyne.
I have had nothing but great experiences at both women’s health first in Buffalo Grove and Schaumburg! All the medical staff from front desk, medical assistants, and physicians go above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of.
