I called last night after we ran into a hiccup with the water line for our dishwasher installation and saw they are listed as 24 hours. They must outsource their after hours calls to Roto Rooter- makes sense. I was told someone would be out within 2 hours. After waiting 45 minutes I got a call that they actually can’t get anyone out and rescheduled for 8am the next day.
