I absolutely love coming here! Doctor Mike is very professional yet personable with his patients! I liked how he did the polishing of my teeth (being able to speak one on one) instead of the hygienist! You really feel welcome here! I had such an amazing experience at Palatine Complete Dental. Jules, my hygienist, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain everything so clearly. She was thorough and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Dr. Subtelny was just as impressive, incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and easy to understand during the exam. The office is clean and updated with the latest technology and equipment. The staff are all kind, meticulous and explain everything that they are doing. Dr Mike is the best dentist and great for anyone with anxiety around being at a dentist.
Dr Mike and his team are very welcoming. The office is very nice and accessible, too. I felt at ease once I walked through the door and the team provided great, patient centered care.
I thank the entire team as they were very nice and the work they did, cleaning, x-raying and examining my teeth were done with care and diligence. Dr. Mike was patient with me explaining what was going on along with his recommendations. The women who checked me out were outgoing. I will greatly miss Dr Unti after being a patient with him for over fifty years. I think he chose his successor well
