The manager is horrible. On both websites for Palatial Living they profess to have a "full-time manager". She is only in the office by appointment, or if she happens to be in there on her once a week sneaky trip, she parks her van around the corner so nobody will know she is there. She screens her calls and is unresponsive to email. Within the lease agreement there are several violations of Utah's MHPRA. The management is required to meet with us if we choose to dispute a notice she has given, and she refuses to meet with us... read more
