Chef Debbie and Chef John from Palate Culinary Services catered our daughter’s wedding, and we could not have been more thrilled with the evening! They listened to our requests and added their own ideas to refine a perfect menu for our group! They were prompt, attentive to details, and well-staffed. We have down four cooking classes with Palate Culinary Services. We enjoyed them immensely and will continue to sign up for more. The food is absolutely delicious and the chefs choose a variety of recipes from simple to complex for everyone to enjoy and participate in.
Moroccan cooking class was a blast! I love braised lamb but have never mastered the secret to success until last night. I met some great people and had a wonderful time.
Last Monday was my fourth class with Palate Culinary Services and now I feel like it's my home. I'm hooked! My husband and I are cooking side by side with all our new friends guided by Chef Debbie and her trusty side kicks, Lucy and Bridgette. I look forward to each class knowing that not only will I be learning many new scrumptious dishes but that I will be seeing my friends and making new ones. Come on and join us! UPDATE - Second class was as good as the first! Very organized, thorough instructions, the best way to learn new recipes and boost confidence in the kitchen. And the end result is delicious food enjoyed with new friends! Outstanding value for a night full of new friends, amazing food, the perfect instruction and all-around great time. You’ll learn enough to master each recipe at home. Highly recommend these hands-on cooking classes - I’m already signed up for another one!
