This is my second class with Palate Culinary Services and I just signed up for my Third. That pretty much tells one how I feel about the experience. Chef John and company have put together a super fun evening of hands on cooking, of wonderfully curated dishes and culminating in a delicious feast of the groups efforts including wine and the recipes! I highly recommend these classes to Foodies and non-Foodies alike, great evening out to meet, master skills and mangiare!

GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGEABLE CHEFS, GOT TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS, A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, AND THE WINE IS VERY GOOD ALSO
This, (tapas) and last months Valentines cooking class were the best cooking classes we've taken. Both classes were educational and fun. In our community we have many events where groups of people get together and share appetizers. I can't wait to share the mini-stuffed peppers that we learned to make Thanks John and Debbie.
