Absolutely terrible experience for my fiance and I. Kelli completely failed to stay in touch with us and keep us updated. It was so worrying that we almost thought they were running a scam. Somehow, all our emails went out to other people and vendors except for them (palate) . I had to contact the president and bring him in. Anyone else on their "team" does not have a working email. It was my first year at the company, as well as my first event I was planning for it, so I was anxious to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Kelli instantly made me feel comfortable, like I was talking to a real person, not just a generic generated response.
