To be clear, I have been a satisfied repeat customer for years. I believe the owner’s presence on the property ensures a positive experience with excellent results. That said, my latest experience was less than desirable. It seemed as if there were three employees manning the entire operation. I paid for a towel dried wash and waited for my car to be dried so long that the car was mostly dried, which resulted in water spotting in windows and elsewhere. Each employee went above and beyond cleaning inside/out of my car. It sparkled when I pulled out! Like new. They were so polite, too!
