Worst experience that I have ever had with any business. When Jim tells you a repair will cost $300, and doesn't notify you that some how it's now at $500, and you don't have the money to pay for it... so you converse with him about lowering the price to what he said originally, and he says he won't cash the check you wrote to get your car, until he comes up with more affordable figures.. and then he cashes the check anyways, after ignoring phone calls for a few days... well that's a terrible way to lose a customer, and ever... read more

Me and my sister have both dealt with Palarchio for car audio instalation and we both agree they are the best!! I dont care who tells you best buy does it cheap and they do it right. THEY ARE WRONG!
