We are so thankful to have found The Palapa Guy. When we purchased our home we were amazed with the beautiful palapa that came with the property. If looking for quality, this is who to call! We needed to replace our badly damaged thatch, and considered many different options. We called to get an estimate and George came at our convenience. It turns out, he had originally built our Palapa. He didn't recommend the thatch, and suggested a synthetic grass instead for durability. In less than 2 weeks after making our decision, in just 6 hours our beautiful palapa has been restored!

I cannot recommend Eddie and his crew enough. If you have a palapa in need of re-thatching, don't hesitate to call. We upgraded from a natural Tahitian thatch to a synthetic thatch. They took the whole existing structure down, ran new beams, new rope, installed plywood, roofing paper and bamboo matting AND stained the wood. It looks incredible! Eddie and his crew were on time, thorough and the price was incredibly reasonable for the work that was done.
