This was such a great experience and the service was great! Eduardo came over and looked at our palapa and then provided an estimate. Once we decided to proceed he told us the date that was available and we took it. The crew showed up on time and pretty much disassembled everything and rebuilt it with stronger wood. We went with a weatherproof synthetic thatch and we are glad we did. All in all the team did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend the Palapa Guy!!!

If looking for quality, this is who to call! We needed to replace our badly damaged thatch, and considered many different options. We called to get an estimate and George came at our convenience. It turns out, he had originally built our Palapa. He didn't recommend the thatch, and suggested a synthetic grass instead for durability. In less than 2 weeks after making our decision, in just 6 hours our beautiful palapa has been restored!
