After reading so many reviews...i made a visit here for a relaxing massage..... But I had a very disappointing experience at Palak's Beauty and Hair Studio. I went in for a massage, but the service was completely unprofessional. The massage itself was poorly done, rushed, and not at all relaxing. I visited this salon after seeing their videos on WhatsApp and Instagram. Honestly, I would even say the reviews are fake, requested, or written by friends. I got the Kerasmooth service from this salon, and the lady named Palak didn’t do anything properly. She was busy with one of her friends, kept me waiting for a long time, and then let another girl from that same place work on my hair.
