Dr Patel was very friendly and patient with me during my office visit. I missed the follow up call and his assistant left very clear instructions in voice message for the next steps with contact information. My experience with Dr. Patel and his team is definitely positive.
My mother was seen by this dr and he was extremely rude. It fathom me that how can someone be so insensible to senior person who already are vulnerable by their own conditions. Treat your own patience then treat patients.
No one answers the phones and they are impossible to reach.
This guy is a waste. i was a patient of his for 6 months. he doesn't call you with any blood results or test results. he relies on the patient to call him. he ignores messages from your pharmacy regarding refills, insurance questions, etc. once again the patient has to call him regarding pharmacy issues.
