Horrible service. Please don’t go to this shop. If you had bought Groupon vouchers then contact Groupon for refund I had booked via their online booking system for eyelash extensions service today at 10am. I received confirmation email confirmed my booking. I arrived 9:50 the shop was closed . I waited until 10:05 then called their mobile number was given on my confirmation email. No answered . Horrible service don't bother booking didn't show up for my appointment cancelled my original with less than 3 hours notice and then told me to come at 7.30 on a Friday night arrived at 7.20 to a sign saying 'back in 20 mins' waited until 8pm no one came, don't answer the phone and I still have no explanation to why they didn't show up and have heard nothing back since still waiting on my Groupon refund

So ridiculous, got my Groupon and books appointment for 2:30pm store was closed got there 20min before and waiting over an hour nobody came . Honestly ridiculous had to refund and no one answered the store phone . Waste of time and money
