If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I had a very negative experience with this company. I felt pressured to agree with their recommendation to my insurance even though I knew it was not accurate. It seemed as though they wanted me to misrepresent the situation so they could take on additional work. This approach felt dishonest and left me very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
Sam and his crew are top notch. I had a water leak in my master bath room that flooded 3 rooms .The crews did everything from demo to replacement of my walls( my house was built in 1960 and has old school backerboard and plaster) painted and had to replace all the tile. The house loos better than before
Palafox Prestige Construction is a very professional, organized, and very meticulous company. We had wall damage in our building, and they did an amazing job repairing. Sam and his crew did an amazing job and they communicated with me throughout the process. I highly recommended this company and will definitely call them back if needed.
