Had some water damage in my house, Sam was very helpful throughout the whole process. His crew was very professional and helpful during the remodel, couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Happy i went with Palafox Prestige.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I had a very negative experience with this company. I felt pressured to agree with their recommendation to my insurance even though I knew it was not accurate. It seemed as though they wanted me to misrepresent the situation so they could take on additional work. This approach felt dishonest and left me very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
