They were wonderful fast friendly people very knowledgeable and how to hold stuff of people willing to fix any problems that I had with my vehicle and also figure out the problems with my vehicle so I am very satisfied with their customer service

Efrain/Efram (owner of Palafox) had multiple units rebuilt at Torque n Bend Transmission LLC and agreed to pay within a few days. He stopped returning our calls, then answered after a few weeks when contacted from another number and promised payment by the end of the day—which never happened. He currently owes $4,500 and has made no effort to communicate or resolve the balance. Proceed with caution.
