Great experience with Efram - great communicator and fair price. Will be using him in the future!
Efrain/Efram (owner of Palafox) had multiple units rebuilt at Torque n Bend Transmission LLC and agreed to pay within a few days. He stopped returning our calls, then answered after a few weeks when contacted from another number and promised payment by the end of the day—which never happened. He currently owes $4,500 and has made no effort to communicate or resolve the balance. Proceed with caution.

Ephram Palafox and his crew are the most efficient, honest, knowledgeable mechanics I've come across in my 65 years of driving. I've done most of my own maintenence and 80% of my own repairs, but when I get stuck, I go to Palafox. Parts and labor guarantees, honest prices, fast turnaround. I'll never use another mechanic for those jobs beyond my skill level.
