If you're considering Bradco/Paladin Attachments, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The product we received was a complete disappointment — poor welds, flimsy construction, and no pride in craftsmanship. Honestly, you’d be better off buying from a random Chinese manufacturer. At least then you’d pay a fraction of the price and probably get a better warranty. Great company to work for!
I had some issues getting some parts and was helped by Crystal and Charlene. The customer service could not have been better and I look forward to working with them in the future!
Stanley/Black & Decker bought us and is an awesome place to work now Update- They was sold again to a foreign company and immediately started down sizing. This place cost me an amputated foot and then just tossed me aside as soon as the new bosses told them to, they have no love for the working class
