Really run down shop with unfriendly people and the turnover rate is even higher than 100%. They’ll fire you over any kind of mistake and people aren’t sticking around long enough. Just do you mental health a favor and avoid this tenure

Let them operate this indiscriminately as a company, that’s their business plan. The schedule is dog water, they hold the overtime gun to your head as far into your weekend. This shop has no tolerance for mistakes and they are obsessed about your return times after breaks. Stay away from this toxic cesspool
If you're considering Bradco/Paladin Attachments, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The product we received was a complete disappointment — poor welds, flimsy construction, and no pride in craftsmanship. Honestly, you’d be better off buying from a random Chinese manufacturer. At least then you’d pay a fraction of the price and probably get a better warranty.
