I had some issues getting some parts and was helped by Crystal and Charlene. The customer service could not have been better and I look forward to working with them in the future!
Stanley/Black & Decker bought us and is an awesome place to work now Update- They was sold again to a foreign company and immediately started down sizing. This place cost me an amputated foot and then just tossed me aside as soon as the new bosses told them to, they have no love for the working class
Would be very weary of buying anything from this company. If same as other products they stop selling parts with no notice. Stopped selling parts on rotary cutters within 6 months of deciding to stop manufacturing them!
