AMAZING PLACE!! Extremely grateful we stopped by. They have the cutest spot (a bit hidden) but it’s super homey with a calming environment. Perfect for any date. I live 2 hours away and was looking for a delicious Hispanic restaurant on our way back home. We ordered our food to go and didn’t eat until we arrived home. The food is incredible, it’s very fresh and you can tell from the very first bite. I absolutely love the vibes and it even has a romantic feel to it. And the staff and chef come out to check on you to ensure satisfaction. Hands down the best Hispanic cuisine I’ve had. It’s a hidden gem for now, never experienced anything like this!

Our crew at the Frost Bank Center was working super long hours and we needed a pick me up. Paladar Fusion came in clutch last minute with 50 shots of cuban coffee for our staff in a very last minute request and the staff was phenomenal. The coffee was OUTSTANDING and today everyone asked if we could get more. We had a little left over and even cold it was just perfect. It really helped everyone get through the long night. Thank you SO much. We will be back.
