Dr. Palacios was my dads doctor for over 2 years. He finally switched doctors December 2025. Dr. Palacios was dismissive during every appt. He barely examined my dad and looked at his computer screen most of the time. When my dad switched to the other doctor we found out he has stage 3 liver failure. All that time with Palacios and you mean to tell me that the liver failure never got flagged. My dad had/has diabetes for a while and it showed so why was not the biggest indicator. Not a good doctor!
Dr.P is the BEST!
He didn't complete my FMLA correctly so my employer will be refusing it. I've been calling the clinic several times. Dr. Palacios finally responded by just adding his signature on the missed information (question #6). He knows better. The question did not require a signature. I find this unprofessional.
Wonderful Dr. Very pleasent an caring. Takes time to hear an help. Tho sad have to find new doc because they only take well point now.
I've been having trouble getting my blood monitor for 3 months now . I call the doctor Mariano Palacios office leaving messages to call me back . And no luck . So I went in person and the problem was solved .
