We were looking to have a new paver walkway installed at the front of our house and called 3 different companies. The first took forever to give a quote and respond and the second was prompt but almost 2x the price. Marvin was by far the best! Someone always pick-up the phone at the office and answered all our questions, we got our quote in the time frame promised and for the best price, and Marvin and his crew showed up both days on time and worked through the day to get the job done and did a thorough clean-up. Cancelled 2 appointments in a row for concrete replacement, the second MANY hours after they were due on site- still not sure if they will ever show to 38 Bartram....

So we have them as our landscaping company at our house in Levittown. We have contact them multiple times over the last 2 weeks wondering why our grass hasn’t been cut. They assured my property management manager that they would be out by the end of the week only to be given excuses about being short staffed. We were promised to service by the end of today. I had been taking quotes to get a 80' tree knocked down for weeks Palacios not only gave me the best price quote, they were totally professional and with exception for the tree no longer in my backyard you would never know they were there. Everything was cleaned up neat and tidy...And given the the limited space they had to work with, I was highly impressed with the job!!!
