I called Richard about a problem I had changing out my thermostat the day before and he even tried to diagnose the problem over the phone even when he was tied up when I called. But Richard eventually came out first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and took care of whatever needed to be done in less than 15 mins. Really professional in what he does and definitely knows what he’s doing. Contact him for your AC needs. You won’t be disappointed

Builder contracted this company to install the ac system. Duct work was very shoddy and had to be corrected.

Rick and his crew helped my father and mother when no one else would. Rick could clearly see that my father was a quadriplegic and went above and beyond to ensure they had air conditioning before the summer. He truly may well have saved my father, so nothing but 5 stars!!!!

Rick and his team are hands down one of the best AC companies in the area. I have been a customer of Palacios Air for many years and they have always treated me with respect and been there for me to install and repair all of my ac units. Very trustworthy and honest.
