Super good service. Fast, responsive and reasonable. He kept our old AC going for a long time and just installed a new one on our house. The price was excellent, quality of work was top notch. They not only do great work they cleaned up really well and didn't leave any mess at all. I highly recommend them.
Palacios Air Repair is a first-class operation. We had them put a complete a/c system in our home including ducts. Their pricing is fair, and they’re honest and extremely knowledgeable. Rick, Ralph, and the crew took the time to explain everything in a simple, easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be using their services for a long time.
Rick, Ralph and the crew are top notch. They were able to help us out with 2 failing AC units quickly - got us up and running - replaced the AC units in very quick amount of time - and even came back to replace some failing thermostats. Top notch service, great guys to chat with, and the price was great as well. Highly recommend!
I called Richard about a problem I had changing out my thermostat the day before and he even tried to diagnose the problem over the phone even when he was tied up when I called. But Richard eventually came out first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and took care of whatever needed to be done in less than 15 mins. Really professional in what he does and definitely knows what he’s doing. Contact him for your AC needs. You won’t be disappointed
Builder contracted this company to install the ac system. Duct work was very shoddy and had to be corrected.
