Took my car in to get my muffler taken off and pipes installed instead. They ended up welding my tips onto the new pipes, which I didn’t ask for because I planned on replacing the tips anyways so when my new tips came in a week later, I couldn’t install them so brought my car back and told them I needed them to take them off because they welded them without me telling them too. Then they charged me $20 to take them off when it was their fault for welding them without my permission in the first place.
Jesus and fellow coworker (sorry I didn't get his name) we're both very impressive. We didn't have appointment and they jumped right in and mounted and balanced 4 new tires that I brought in. The price was very reasonable. They sure know what they're doing, you can tell. AND, while they were taking care of my truck tires, they also took care of 3 other customers at the same time and didn't miss a thing with minimal delay.
