The Venue was Beautiful- except for the staff and service. Very rude - they think that just because they title you as Event Coordinador or Planner you can make you own decisions without consulting that person who paid for the service. The way speak to you when trying to voice a concern or complaint is just disgusting. If they make a decision it’s , “Oh well I made and now what?” Like what kind of customer service is that? The owner and management is amazing and so attentive. I was the Dj and usually we get tested like the help. The owner personally attended us and made sure we had everything we needed. 100% recommended.
Beautiful place
I had my wedding in January and here are some of my thoughts. Venue: absolutely stunning. Very spacious and amazing features. It is very unique and it definitely caught my guests eyes. Decorations: they provide a variety of choices of linens and center pieces that best fit your style which is wonderful. The floral arrangement are breathtaking.
