I am highly allergic to onion. I use an Epi pen for severe allergy. If any thing was cut with a knife and it comes in contact with my food. I stop breathing. Airways swell up. Rash and blisters inside my mouth. Venue could not guarantee my safety or food preparation would be safe. So my sister in law told me to bring my own food. They would not let me in….they said to eat in the car!! That is ridiculous !!! This was a beautiful event center. Staff was great. The food was very good. Love the layout of the venue. Its absolutely gorgeous inside.
Weslaco East hosted an honors banquet here and my expectations were low, but as soon as we walked into the building I was blown away. The decorations were gorgeous and the amount of space available was more than I imagined. When me and my guests sat down I finally looked up and there were gorgeous chandeliers hanging up on the ceiling. Not only was it a beautiful experience they had amazing food.
