Very nice family oriented and the beach is great
Awesome place and has designated areas for smoking
Labor Day weekend, and this place only has one elevator working and it has taken me an hour and a half to get on an elevator with my rack of belongings. It is ridiculous that they do not have more Working elevators. There are too many nice places to go to in Perdido Key that are amazing. For what we paid for our room, this has been a bad experience. We will MEVER come here again!!!!
The staff and HOA are unprofessional and unwelcoming. On our first evening the pool attendant yelled at us "only bottled water allowed at the pool!" we immediately complied and she added and if we didn't like her rules she would trespass us. I would not recommend Palacio to any family wishing to stay on a peaceful vacation. Another family said the older gentleman was scolding kids laughing in the pool area and blatantly gave dirty looks when entering. He said another told them to throw trash away in rooms only.
