Great Location, Great Beach, Great Pool area.
Great vacation. Rooms were nice. I didn't get a chance to use all facilities available, but I was told that one of the treadmills wasn't working properly. But the pool was great and my family enjoyed their stay. I'd recommend this location to others.
The beach service (Excel) was the biggest downfall of this place. They setup their chairs/umbrellas in the first 3 rows from the water. That left people with their own chairs, canopies, umbrellas sitting FAR away from the beach. We have 2 small children that we like to watch from our chairs and we couldn't do that at our own beach. We walked down to a public beach and set up right on the water and we could watch them from our chairs. EXCEL really has a monopoly on the beach and we will not stay here again because of that.
