Stayed here with my family during spring break. The condo was much larger than we expected. It was great that one of the pools was heated. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's near many restaurants and close to grocery stores so that was very convenient. Only a few minutes from Orange Beach, AL.
We have stayed at Palacio several times over the past 15 years. We have always enjoyed the amenities, cleanliness, and customer service. This year our family rented two condos and unfortunately it will be our last time to stay at Palacio or rent through Southern Vacation Rentals. Palacio has a beach chair company, Excel Beach Services, who monopolize the entire waterfront area. The employees of Excel are rude and treat families as intruders if they don’t rent their overpriced, dry-rotted, rusted chairs. We were down for spri... read more
We had a great time bringing the family together here. The place is well cared for giving us the chance to make some awesome memories on the beach and the pool area.
