Be aware, everyone. Palace Stairs (previously known as Palace Railings, which went bankrupt before rebranding) took my deposit two months ago and have since disappeared. They have not answered my calls, nor have they shown up to complete the project. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest, changing names doesn’t change their practices. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.
After countless calls, texts, and broken promises, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly. Xiomara from Palace Railings placed a custom glass order for one of their railing projects. Despite industry standards requiring a 50% deposit—especially from clients with a history of payment issues—I vouched for them based on past familiarity, trusting her word that full payment would be made before pickup. Absolutely thrilled with the work! The team did an excellent job installing our new railings. They’re sturdy, beautifully crafted, and exactly what we envisioned. Communication was smooth, they arrived on time, and the whole process was stress-free. Highly recommend this company if you're looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.
Xiomara walked me through the process of customizing my railings. I didnt know where to start with the renovation process in my home, her advice was welcomed and much appreciated. Flawless design and im very happy with the finished product.
