Amazing quality. Amazing price. This is my favorite car wash in the Bay Area no joke.

I brought in a three-week-old pickup for a hand wash. Beforehand, I specifically asked if they use soft water to avoid hard-water spotting, which is a common issue in the Tri-Valley area, and I was told yes. The truck was already fairly clean, yet it came back smeared, streaked, and covered in water spots. I wasn’t expecting perfection—just the job I paid for to be done properly. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. $65 wasted, and I won’t be returning.
I used this car wash earlier today and noticed a crack/tear in my front bumper that absolutely was not there before. I went back as soon as I realized it and showed them photos. Instead of actually looking into it or reviewing footage, management immediately said it “wasn’t like that when I left” and denied any responsibility.
