Fantastic from start to finish! Shane came to see us at a time convenient to us. Our work was split into two parts. We needed a dry verge system installation on our gable end to improve the weather protection. Installation was swift and used quality products. The second job was to completely replace a large flat roof covering the garage and utility room. "Perfect, Price, Quality and Result!" Shane was prompt and on time for my free quote, within minutes of talking to him, I knew I'd found the right company. The upfront and honest approach gave me every confidence in booking him straight away. The previous quote was £200 cheaper however the work carried out would have been insufficient. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and a short bad-tempered owner with a huge ego problem.
Had facia and soffits replaced by Palace Roofline Shane who came too see us was very professional told us what was entailed in the replacement gave us a good quote and kept us informed when they would come. On the day of the work Phil and Calum who were the installers turned up on time very polite and professional they did a amazing job and no mess was left behind. Would highly recommend this company
