The day of arrival October 18 after settling in we saw a bedbug on the pillow. We immediately call front desk. They put us in another room that looked very out dated felt uncomfortable so we called again. After that called we were moved again that room was better but probably will never stay at the palace resort again. Spent most of the time moving from room to room didn’t really get to enjoy!!!

This place is filled with horny teens, weed smokers and dirty elevators. If you respect yourself you may not what to go here... or to Myrtle Beach. The whole place just has that edge of "You're probably going to be fine but there people in the parking garage who seem to love here may mug you." Will not go again and not sure why I went in the first place. Oh I also stepped on some glass in the parking garage so wear thy shoes.

After years of coming here -sometimes twice a year, this last visit (10/17-19/25) was so disappointing in that there are no real up-keep measures being taking. This place still looks and smell (my lawd) like bike week days. Yeah some owners added granite counters and stainless appliances, but baby when them windows and walls are visibly nasty; you're not cleaning but just straightening up.
