If I had a month I still could not fully explain the horrible experience I have had with Mike Nanay, the owner of palace pools. Essentially, every word he has said has been a lie. He guaranteed my pool would be ready by Sept 13th. Today is October 24th and not only is the pool not finished, but I have had to employ another company to completely re-do everything he had done.
