I loved the customer service experience; their personnel is very well mannered. They seemed to care for, and treat, my pet as if it were their own. Pricing seemed about the same or a bit lower than most competitors. They scored bonus points with me when they offered to help carry my cat to my car, after noticing my hands full with the stroller and my newborn.
I have been behind the scenes, and the attention and care put into their work is truly exceptional. They maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and always put the customer first. They are doing so well they are looking to expand and are undergoing a lot of positive changes. They "cleaned house" so to speak, just to provide excellent customer service.
