I had a wonderful time at Palace Nails and Spa today! The shop is very clean and pretty. My nail tech was so nice and paid close attention to every little detail. My manicure and Pedicure looks amazing and feels very strong. The price was fair, and I will definitely come back again!
Absolutely terrible experience. This was my first and last time at this salon. The nail tech nicked me multiple times, was clearly rushing, and applied multiple layers of gel polish without curing between coats. I noticed a large hair embedded in one nail while she was still working and had her fix it, but unfortunately I didn’t catch another hair in my thumbnail until later. Not a kid friendly place at all. My soul is still shook. I needed a fill on a Sunday and this place was opened and less than a mile from my home. Since my 10 year old daughter is not in a sport I let her get an acrylic set. She also needed a fill. This place agreed to see me, and my daughter for fills. My tech was amazing. Horrible! The quality is terrible! Got a spa pedicure and i have never gotten such a crappy uneven result. When I asked for the line near cuticle to be fixed the lady said “it’s your toes, too much skin.” Funny, i never had this issue before! The sides are not painted, the top coat is uneven and gives off some weird blue hue to the color… overall just terrible service.
First time posting a review but I have to say Shout out to Anthony that’s does an amazing art work every time I get my nails done here I’m always super satisfied , and to Tina aswell who is always kind and welcoming I really enjoy getting my nails done here Thank You ! 🫶
