Living at Palace Lofts has been an exceptional experience. The location is simply incredible—right in the heart of downtown Denver, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to cultural venues and outdoor spaces. My favorite place to live ever! :) The building is safe and has security/staff around nearly all the time. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful - Ken and Chris are simply wonderful kind people. Great city views, but thick walls so we never hear our neighbors/outside noises. Everyone in the building is super friendly and it overall is a wonderful community with good upkeep and respect.
We love it here! We are in the best location. The staff is the greatest. They are kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond.
I live in unit 2C. Be warned. I have had the following happen to me: - My decades old shower needed replacing - The glass door of my oven exploded, very dangerous - My dryer ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothing - Now my washing machine leaked everywhere and needs replacing You will pay top dollar rent for an old broken unit Not to mention the front desk employees who work here are aloof and unfriendly, majority of them will ignore you as you walk through the door Building manger Ken is actually rude and makes me extr... read more
