Palace lofts is a great building with a lovely location, made far better by the excellent community and staff who work to build a loving and respectful space. There are people who have worked here long term that I have built great relationships with, and seeing them always brightens my day. Ken and his team are unbelievably helpful, kind and courteous. They are aware of even small issues in the building and communicate to make sure everyone is up to date. Thank you for amazing care and customer service!
Living at Palace Lofts has been an exceptional experience. The location is simply incredible—right in the heart of downtown Denver, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to cultural venues and outdoor spaces. My favorite place to live ever! :) The building is safe and has security/staff around nearly all the time. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful - Ken and Chris are simply wonderful kind people. Great city views, but thick walls so we never hear our neighbors/outside noises. Everyone in the building is super friendly and it overall is a wonderful community with good upkeep and respect.
