On May 9, 2015 Palace came to my home to perform water mitigation and I asked their employee how much it would cost and was told "between $1500 and $2000." While they were at my house they proceeded to tear up and remove my carpet and baseboards without asking my permission. When I discovered what they were doing I asked the contractor why the carpet and baseboard was removed and the contractor stated "his supervisor told him it needed to be removed because the flooding was from groundwater."
