Their restoration branch did a job for the previous home owners of our house while under the contract period. They took out the center island in our kitchen, while we were under contract and the house was empty. Since they put the entire island including all the sink faucet fittings and hoses in the garage in the middle of the winter to mitigate the already existent leak from the previous owners. We experienced a damaging flood in our condominium in Broomfield Colorado. Out experience with the restoration performed by Palace Construction was excellent. This was a first experience with a construction company in Colorado and we would highly recommend them to anyone with a similar experience. They are a fraud. Hired them for a basic roof and gutter job 10/2015. I fired them 02/2016 when I discovered they failed to pull a permit, and, after they failed to return and finish and get it right, after repeated requests. They only got the permit after I fired them but still provided no solution to completing the work required. After that, they admitted they have lost their “good people” and that they had sent 4th rate sub contractors, but with no oversight, or management.
