We had a very frustrating experience due to a complete lack of customer service. The front desk employee appeared untrained and was entirely unhelpful, dismissing basic questions. To make matters worse, we dropped off our company laptop for repair, but she "forgot" to pass it along to the technicians. Completely unprofessional.
