Entertaining and worthwhile The Sailor Circus has been a Sarasota institution for over fifty years. In 2004 it was adopted by the Police Athletic League and became one of their after school programs for the youth of the area. The performers learn all aspects of circus performances and so much more. They learn self-confidence, teamwork, business skills, decision-making skills and healthy habits.
